LoJack does not save your car, a good thief will break down a car wayyyy before you find it again.

A VERY well installed car alarm that prevents the theft of your car to begin with is much better security, and its cheaper IMO. all my old cars were done as such and have never been tampered with, i drove EVERYWHERE btw

You are lucky that you still have your JDM one piece headlights, and your Amber coners lights.
How is the condition of the motor?

police work with the lojacks and can have it traced in a few hours,

but like give me an example of a "Very well installed car alarm"
iam also a honda owner so iam trying to upgrade my security aswell.

sometimes all it takes is a few hours for your car to be completely torn apart in a hidden location that does not tell you anything about who or what stole the vehicle.

a good alarm is one that deters the thief no matter what. a hidden alarm brain, 1 or 2 hidden sirens, and battery backup is all it really takes for good security. think about it, a thief will pop the hood and the alarm will start going ham, he or she will have very little time to disable before attention is drawn. a car with a stupid loud siren going off is not the ideal environment a thief would want to be in dont'cha think? hidden sirens and a everlasting alarm battery, do the math.

    YUP

Extra hidden battery for the alarm is a must..

Anybody can stick a hand threw the front bumper or grill, pop the hood with the hood latch cable.. BAM! hoods poped, Battery disconnected!

and thats where the fun begins. to prevent theft, attack the root of possibility
