    Serious question here, if the hood and fender aren't yours, were they stupid enough to leave the VIN stickers on those parts before putting them on the shell? Have the cops research the VIN off of them and potentially have a suspect. Just my

    It's against the law for an officer to run a vin or tag unless the actual car in infront of them.. Which suck ass..
