    To: All Neighborhood Watch Members
    From: Deputy First Class Mike Garrison
    Subject: Entering Auto Suspect
    Date: August 12, 2009

    The person shown in below photo is a person of interest in an entering auto incident that occurred on August 4, 2009 in Habersham Subdivision. In this photo he is seen using a stolen credit card taken during the incident. He is possibly driving a Black Nissan Xterra.
