One out of towner? I dont even know anything about that. I am going on what my grandmother said about someone getting shot the other day, just 3 houses down from me a man was shot a few months ago, and then I think someone from IA said something about a dude being found dead in the back of a truck last week or something? There are murders/shooting all over Floyd county, they are juts not always posted in the paper. My cousin worked for FCPD until he died a few years ago and I use to hear crazy stories. But you are right. It is everywhere. Thing is people try to portray Rome as innocent when it isnt.
