Default Need some help with cleaning my DSLR

Ok so heres the deal. I have had a Nikon D50 for a few months now and I am starting to see some dust in my photos. I Bought a blower, and it removed most of the dust but there are still about 2 spots that are still in the pictures. What do I do. I dont believe that it is the image sensor, but i dont know how to tell. The kit I bought came with some q-tips and a cleaning solution and the cleaning tissuse paper. What do you guys recommend. Should I send it to Nikon to get fix or what? Thanks in advance.

    ok, first off

do you haev more than one lens?
Take the same picture with both lenses and compare, is the spot in both?
if not find the lens that is dirty...clean it. I had the same problem, finally bought a kit with some pointy qtips, and its perfectly clean now!
