    from the stratosphere, the 3 rides up top were fuckin outrageous, best rollercoaster/thrill rides i've been on hands down

    That is The Drive. It's a thing GM did where you can go test drive GM cars and trucks on a road/off road type course.

    yeah my friend and i meant to go by there and check it out, looked pretty cool. what's the deal w/it? u pay and they let u drive around the track?
