i bet its the server he plays counter strike on

both are wrong. it's the network ipaddress for my server. it has the basic subnets like a router would prearrange it 192.168.1.xxx. it's there for quick access to my movies, music, pr0n, programs, etc.

its all good, i dont know a damn thing about IP'S and all that just saw it
