What kind of background was this shot upon Danny?
I like the pic Danny and the methods used but here is two things that bother me a lil about it. The background is way too brite, her shoulders blend in to the background but certain times of day this is unavoidable. The second thing is the angle of her head makes way to many lines in the neck area.

THe sun was directly behind her, so i used fill flash to drop the background and correctly expose her face (to the best of my ability). The end result is what u see. I did NOT change the back ground, or really anything for that matter in photoshop (besides the obvious sepia effect and leaving the glasses as the appear in the original photo). I think the end result is half way decent.

ohh, and this photo was not planned by any means, it was one of those "hey, wait, smile!!!" shots, I had little to do with the pose. but yes, i might PS out some of those lines on the neck area, ill try that tonight.
thanks for the comments

Ah gotcha, I like the picture a lot. Almost like an catalog picture for a brand of sunglasses. What kind of flash are you using? Im hopefully picking up an SB-800 or 600 in the next week or two.
by any chance, what is her name? You can PM if you are more comfortable with that, I think I know her from somewhere
Haha i see you scott in here!! Post man...
I use a SB800, but that shot was using the built in flash. its all in the metering and exp control. BUt.. the 800 would have been better, but like i said, it wasnt a planned shot so i didnt even have my 800 with me.
Nemisis here is her myspace, maybe u know her??? http://www.myspace.com/jsdsid
**all the leghumpers that just clicked that link probably just crashed myspace..haha **
