    I'm not here to bash you or get involved in anymore fucking childish IA drama, so here's my advise.

    1) If you're going to blur the image, blur the whole thing. Don't blur a square section in the middle.

    2) Take your time when your outlining something to add an effect.

    3) Eliminate the ghost blurred images of Jay to his left and right. Doing so will make the image look much more real.

    There's more I should say, but I'm too damn tired now
