    The The Participants: Two idiot Emo people

    This picture was taken on full zoom with a cellphone so that's why the bad quality. There is a dude and girl that ware walking up and down the sidewalk in downtown Conyers wearing signs. The sign reads as follows:

    I AM A THIEF
    I GOT CAUGHT STEALING A NEWSPAPER STAND
