    Default Self Built Smoker In Iraq...

    Here are a few pics of a smoker I built here out of a wall locker I found. Have had quite a few BBQ's now this thing is a beast. Capable of holding up to 30 slabs of ribs at once, 8-10 decent sized briskets. The picture I showed has 2 12lb turkeys and 2 25lb Ham's in there at once for our Christmas Dinner and if we really wanted to get crazy it would have fit 5 slabs of ribs too but we thought eh we got a lot of food for now lol... Ill try and post up some more pics if I can...

    Or aka 1 gal of Vinegar with some other "BBQ" supplies Im trying to get some more pics up and if im lucky I can stash this thing in a connex and bring it home...When I get home I'll be glad to cater some parties or hook up some turkeys for a great thanksgiving feast...I love to BBQ and might take this Arab money invest in a good BBQ trailer rig...

    I wanted to do something similar to this, I replace power lines and transformers, I wanted to make a badass smoker out of a 3 phase cabinet.

    A 3 phase Cabinet for those wondering....

    Haha... Imma POG, 25B I did this in my "free" time everyday I got off work. I couldn't take the DFAC anymore and they sell briskets and shit at the PX. I was like bet. For those who don't know a 25B is a Info Tech Specialist AKA Computer Tech guy.
    I've got a nice server rack w/ sides and front door being discarded im thinking of making another smoker w/ ability to have pull out trays and all like a BBQ Vault if you've seen those before. Like the one on the trailer. Now if I can do that I'll have one bad ass smoker thats 8 feet tall!
