    What did you do to the last picture? Looks like nothing was done. But other then that just keep it up and practice, practice, practice!

    The last one ... i accidentally put in the wrong pic but since i did take the picture i left it....nothing is done though.

    Use the magic lasso tool (or your favorite selection tool) to select the window shape.

    Once it is selected, desaturate it (Image|adjustments|hue/saturation)

    Voila! Done
