    Default Default Preferences in PS?

Does anyone know how to restore the default preferences in PS CS?

I have tried the Ctrl+Alt+Shift method, and I do not receive the window asking if I would like to reset the preferences.

    Any ideas?

I have reset my palette locations under window-workspace; however, I'm really looking for a way to restore all preferences. By resetting the workspace, it just brought back all of the original display palettes, but it did not restore the default preferences. Does that make sense?

Lately, I've been doing a lot of "experimenting" to try and learn the program better. Now that I have started to figure things out, I want a fresh start with everything.
