Not at all most people will provide reference pics of wheels from the manufacture's website. These wheels are angled, which provides fucked perspective. Fixing the oval shape into a circle on these pics is easy, but fixing 3D perspective caused by lips and such are damn near impossible, also they aren't mounted on cars most of the time so one will have to photoshop a brake inside the wheel, also, when taking a wheel OFF a picture of a car onto another car, you don't have to be as precise, you can grab some of the black tire around the wheel, and photoshop to get the blacks to match, then you'll have a somewhat properly exposed wheel.
So the OP has:
-good nearly matching angles
-a reference pic with mounted wheels
-2 properly exposed images
the only other things I could think to ask for are:
-both images high res
matching white balance (but that's just being nit picky)
