Default IA Photography Challenge #1 Results*PLEASE VOTE HERE*

    This weeks challenge was "Shapes"

every photographer had to capture a subject that was a common shape in his/her photo.

I am going to number every photo and vote in the poll which photo you think is the best. Take all things into consideration please....creativity, quality of the photo, over all impression, ect...

remember this is about which PHOTO is the best, not about who your cool with. the poll is not public so nobody will see who you voted for so please vote for the photo that you honestly believe is the best of the bunch.

what the subject is really doesnt matter in this...as long as its a shape then it goes with the challenge.

I was there recently on a field trip for school (yeah i know, field trip in college wtf), but I didn't have enough money to get in. The teacher told me it was 12 bucks, so thats how much I brought. So i asked the lady at the coat check if there was another exit so i could bypass my teacher and just go home to save a little humiliation, but the lady at the coat check let me in for free with her visitors pass. It was a really nice thing to do for someone she didn't even know. I should pif it somehow

    LOL

im not the only one that watermarked their photo

even if people know whos photo is whos the poll is still not public so if your best friend voted a photo that wasnt taken by you, you would never know.

plus most people here have a "style" and if you have seen peoples photos you will know who shot which one. i could spot a Khris H Photo with out a watermark easily.

I think #1 was the best photograph, but I think #6 should win because it makes really clever use of the moon and the light fixture to add a circular theme to the existing straight lines and rectangles theme. IMHO, the rest of the photos just capture pre-existing shape patterns, while #6 uses a creative angle to create a pattern that can't be seen otherwise. But don't get me wrong, the other ones are still really good.

I wanted to submit a photo to this contest, but it was finals week (eww) so free time was in short supply. This week, I'll have much more free time, so hopefully I can submit something.

PS - There are some REALLY good photographers on IA!

voted for #1 because it was the best LOOKING.

    edited very well also.
