Canon Camera and Flash QUESTION

If you know about canon help me out....

I have the Canon Rebel Xti and the 430ex flash
how do I use the slave (the wireless flash) I just got
it last night and was up last night trying to figure it out
so any help would be nice and i'll rep whoever is helpful

Can your camera take bracketed pictures. I wish I knew how to operate the flash I have not bought one for mine yet thinking about getting the 580 ex II

If I still had my 430EX I'd tell you, but it got misplaced (or stolen) when I moved, so I now am without it. Try google(ing) it, and see if you can't find your answer in a Canon forum.

I didn't know they made an 580 I though the highest they made was an 550ex, but then again I'm new to it anyway and its getting me into a lot of places.

I have been google(ing) it and still haven't found anything yet...
