OMG this could have ended a lot sooner:

1. YOU ASKED for people to tell you what they think. you got it. if you cant take critisism then you are in the WRONG FIELD and dont ask for people to sugar coat it just cuz you cant take the heat.

2. brush up on your skills and keep at it.

3. you should RESPECT the opinion of a person who has done so well in the career you are trying to pursue, not bash her....

4. your work is nice, could be nicer, keep it at, and good job so far.
