Well im not stupid and just go all balls out like some riders do. I made sure there was no cops and no cars around except for my friends car who took the pic and i did it on the road where if i fell theres good amount of room just incase. Why dont you go into the killsforum and give them shit how its gonna suck when they get caught racing and go to jail.

A ticket with your signature on it is in lieu of bail and it's up to the officers discrection with any ticket if he gives you that option or not. If you're under 21 and get a 4 point voilation you get a 6 month/1 year suspension

BUT Tennessee passed a law banning wheelies...bc does a wheelie really fall under the category of "reckless driving"? Could be something to fight in a Georgia court if ever caught. Technically you can still turn while doing a wheelie but can you still be under the maximum braking distance from 60mph on just the rear wheel? I think it could be fought in court...hell, if the window tint law was ruled unconstitutional a couple years ago because it didn't apply to out-of-state drivers then i'm sure someone can win against a wheelie being wreckless or not

very true. and most cops are just happy you stopped for them. last friend i had get pulled for a wheelie. cop gave him wreckless but told him in court to remind him that the guy cooperated and he would have it dropped. (or something like that) anyways he got off for simply stopping.
