wtf? what are you askin? 0 offset is how far away the face of the wheel is from the center on the rim. Basicly, dead center on the rim.

0 offset the lugs would be in the center of the wheel. If you had an 8 inch wide wheel and the offset was 0 then the lugs would be 4 inches in.
depends on what kind of car its on. flush to a civic is like ...15x7.5 w/ +38 offset? not 100% on it, but my 240 is flush w/ F16x7 and R16x8 w/ +20 offset. like hachidori said, its how far off the center of the rim in cm's that the lugs screw on, +40 is 40cm towards outside of rim where it bolts up from the center. hope that helped

here. it's a pretty good wheel size/offset calc. you can use to get a better idea. basically, 0 offset is the middle of the wheel. anything to the inside of 0 will be negative. anything outside of 0 will be a + offset.
