Over the counter meds???
I have been having a really hard time sleeping lately. I used to be prescribed ambein(sp) that shit knocked me out. But now i cant sleep well with out taking a sleeping pill. Even with some sleeping pills it is still hard for me to fall asleep. So i was woundering if anyone on here knows of any good OVER THE COUNTER sleeping meds. I cant get ambein anymore cause my doc will not prescribe it to me. Anyhelp would be awesome.

anyways with that said, theres tylenol PM, advil PM, and benadryl
tylenol pm is tylenol and benadryl
advil pm is advil and benadryl
they will make you sleepy but i always hate them because they would give me a hangover effect in teh morning.
id say talk to your doctor, maybe you just need more exercise during the day, and not some stupid "magic" pill
