"los siento no puedo tu no eres mi tipo". lol eso fue la primera cita que aprendí en español
Lo siento. No puedo. Tú no eres mi tipo. Eso fue la primera frase que aprendí en español
Sorry. I can't. You aren't my type. This was the first phrase that I learned in Spanish
*btw, 'cita' means "date" in spanish.
----------------------
Muy bien. Yo cansada.
Muy bien. Estoy cansada/Tengo sueño.
Ok/Very well. I'm tired
*You have to use the verb 'estoy' with cansada (tired). 'Tengo sueño' (literally, i have a dream) is a idiomatic expression that also means 'I am tired'
------------------------
besa me culo
Besa mi culo
Kiss my butt
*'me' is an IO/DO pronoun that is only use before verbs or after infinitives. 'Mi' is the possessive article meaning 'my'.
------------------------
Me Tambien!
¡El mío también
Mine too!
*See above rule. 'Mío' is the possessive adjective meaning 'mine'
------------------------
Yo juego Playstation 3 y Adoro Coño
Yo toco Playstation 3 y adoro coño
I play Playstation 3 and i love poontang
*Jugar/juego is used for physical play while 'Tocar' would be the verb for playing instruments (and presumably, PS3)
------------------------
mi spanish viene de me y translation de computadora
Mi español viene de mi translación de computadora
My spanish comes from my computer translation
------------------------
Jajaja...Horible...Yo ni me recuerdo que fue lo que yo aprendi.

Many people can speak it but not many people know how to write it or read well. Despite my being in this country for 11 years I still have not forgotten how Spanish is written and spoken. I think that there are too many 'White-wanna-bes" here that hardly speak three words of English and immediately want to play (as) American.Quote:

And so that you know... I am not going to translade what I said, may he that doesn't understand take classes.

¿Los wanna-be's?
Lo siento!! Soy bueno.Quote:

...but maybe i'll get to move to Spain or SA one of these days... or i'll meet some latina hottie :-)
Thats the only reason why you learned huh? lmaoQuote:

I hope no one takes it the wrong way. I am in class to learn. Spanish is my minor. I have always yearned to learn and speak the language fluently. I am just struggling right now and wanted to try a new way of learning outside of the classroom. I thought it would be a good experience for everyone who wanted to learn as well. I know it has helped me so far. I read and understood what both of you said for the most part. I just hate looking up word for word in the dictionary because I tend to forget what I just looked up by the next word lolQuote:

Oh and thanks for sticking up for us. I understood what you wrote (although I had to look up some words lol)Quote:
