    Default Video Editing Program

    Hey guys I hope this is the right section, I need some help. I am looking for a program to edit my movie files from my digital camera. I was told by a friend to use movie maker, but it isn't compatible with Quicktime. All the files from my camera are Quicktime and it won't let me change that. Does anyone know a program to use that works with Quicktime files? I am looking to do some simple editing, cutting things out, adding music, etc. Thanks alot.

    Adobe Premiere but it's expensive unless you borrow it from someone one
