    Default Roomate wanted in Buford area

    I have a 3 bedroom apt with one room available. One room is mine and the other is the Entertainment room so to speak.

    basic cost
    450 rent
    1/3 utilities (power,water) It would be about 75-150
    Internet can be added if wanted.

    We are looking for someone reliable on their rent who works. The lease is good till October of 2007. If you want to move out by then please give me atlest 1 month notice. College students are fine as well. We are easy to get along with and expect you to be the same.

    Live 2 min from Mall of Ga.
    close to pretty much everything.

    Also since everyone is mostly about cars whoever the renter is ill even help you out with prices on parts.

    My girlfriend is up for it. Her lease is up at the end of October. If you havent found a roommate by then lemme know.
