    Ocilla, GA, Power feed communications station on 5.5 acres (m/l). 6,400 sq. ft. nuclear hardened underground, 6" thick blast doors, 16' ceiling heights, stairway escape hatch. 3 phase elec. power. Operational well on site. Waste water pumps, bathroom, building and fire alarm systems, radiation air filters all functioning when decommissioned. 2 large 225 kw turbine generators in place. 3 ton hoist. 2 vehicle garage topside (with bathroom & office space). High chain-link security fence, large asphalt driveway and parking, pine tree surroundings. DSL and fiber-optic nearby.
