oh yeah!
i just bought my first house!!!!!!! the contracts went through today at 2:15pm. my banker said it would take about 2.5 weeks to draw up the paper work on the loan, but i was pre-approved so there wont be any surprises. it took friggin 2 months to get to this point and the last week has been the worst. the house is in dahlonega and i live aobut 30min south of there so it was a bitch havin to go up there almost everyday. its a single story 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch lookin deal. sits on an acre of property and the neighbors are only on 2 sides and one of the adjacent(sp?) houses is on the market and not being lived in. i'll get pics up just as soon as i can get back up there.
