I did alot of reasearch about taking creatine. There are no negative side effects other than taking alot of restroom breaks because of the increased amount of water intake.

Your muscles can't turn into fat. Thats like making lead turn into gold. It turns into flab you'll still look muscular but they muscles won't be hard or strong as they use to be
