Haha, shit I'll say it. There's not too many of us on here that are serious about working out, I think there's maybe 10 that I recall that post regularly about working out. Luckily there's 2 of us that came into this thread, haha.

Lower abs, if you wanna tighten them up then do:

    Decline crunches: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exer...Decline+Crunch

    and

    Reverse Crunches: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exer...Reverse+Crunch

    or

    Lying Leg Raises: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exer...ying+Leg+Raise

Lying Leg Raises and Decline Crunches should fry your lower abs no problem. Shoot for somewhere between 20-25 reps per set for toning. If you need anything else let me know. Goodluck.

Yes i second the reverse crunches and leg raises... They do the trick. Try getting on the decline bench and have a workout partner toss you the medicine ball as you go down and toss it back to them on your way up. That will get em like crazy .

I guess the health and wellness forum should just be deleted then? I'm not flaming, but there are people who are experienced and know what they are talking about as it pertains to working out and diet.

Not trying to say that. Im just saying that if you go there and ask the question there they will go into deep detail. Like if you ask a question about how to get your biceps larger they will give you a diet plan and diffrent types of workouts with how many reps that you should do and all. Heres an example http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/fo...ad.php?t=36422

+1 for the leg raises, you will hate life but they work and they work pretty fast too.

having low body fat helps your abs appear i think its like less than 10% to see them really well and them to be defined.

my trainer has me use medicine balls, dumb bells, and yoga balls as an aid. we do modified crunches on the bench, pm me and ill let yea know, i also run alot which keeps y stomach flat and my middle little. variety is the key, as well as high reps, low weight. I would advise that you stay away from assisted machines.
