I used to build car,jet and monster models when I was a kid, but I also build them occasionally now. I prefer jets and muscle cars, and would like to try ships too. I think it is a great hobby, especially when you can detail each area with cool colors.

with these models, u have to be a perfectionist, otherwise it will look like shit, and its not hard to make them look like shit. if u do try to build a model like these, then u cant just go buy a model and expect to be able to put it together. u will need a model(of course), paint, paint brushes, curving knife, glue, tooth-picks, and tape. then there r other things u can buy to get it to look even more perfect.
and this hobby of mine is not the biggest thing in the world for me, i just enjoy trying to put them together maybe once a month, then it takes about 8 hours to get one done like my GT500. which is the first and only one ive got close to finishing, notice i have no side mirrors and various other things not finished.

I liked the model rockets that you can go shoot up into the air to see how you did with the building.
ive never seen one of those but hell, i dont look at all of the other stuff i geuss. ill pick one up and see if i like it. thx
Make sure you use strong glue or else the fins will fly off and your rocket will crash and burn. I learned that the hard way.

I built a 65 mustang model back when I was like 12 and I left out the engine because I got pissed at it. lol
i really cant stand fords! the thing about an 87- 93 5.0 is that its a cheap V8 that is not hard to find parts for and r easy to work on, unlike the camaro! not dissing on the chevy or anything at all. and also the 5.0 is a shorter car so i can get through traffic better. lol but really. just to let u know, im a chevy guy w/ a 5.0 thing on the side. if i could afford a vette, id buy one instead. in real life cars of course. and that 65 mustang would still be nice, if it was a fast-back!
Ya I like the fastbacks alot better than the normal ones. I like the MKIV Supra best, but I cant find any in the price range. I wouldnt bitch much if someone was to give me one of the old cars like that at all.
