    #1 Pho in San Jose, CA

    Prices were way cheap.

    But in Georgia, there's a place on 54 by the Farmer's Mkt that I really like, in fact, it's the only one I've been to! Ha!

    have to disagree. i have been to that place but the vietnamese make the best pho. this coming from a laotian. as for my favorite, gotta be pho bac on buford highway. what the pho off pleasant hill is my second favorite followed by siagon cafe.

    Pho Bac 1st, Then Pho Hein off Jimmy Carter its prolly the most underated pho resturant in town. Saigon is aite at times but their broth is a lil bland and they have the smallest portions. Phoenix has the best bubble tea they have a lil mexican guy back there that hooks that shit up.

    Pho bac is best, but Saigon is the closest and thats where I usually go. Unless my mom or friends are making pho, then its pho for 3 days.


    just out curiosity, what type of meat do you guys like on your pho? i like my extra large bowl to have rare steak, meatballs,tendon, and tripe.

    pho is a vietnames soup with a beef broth containing rice stick noodles and assortment of meats depending on which you decide to put in it. Echo and I usually get some once a weak. we should have a IA pho meet. an extra large bowl of pho will run you about $6-7 dollars. all meat lovers must give this a try.
