    Default need an opinion on apt pricing

    ok, got this two bedroom two full bath apt in college park/riverdale. near the airport. the other room i'm renting out for $350. the apartment if fully electric. comes with washer and dryer(i'm renting), highspeed DSL 6.0, water. bigger room than me (only because I got a garden tub), a walk in closet, a phone line, and Direct TV dish network. the rent for it is $744. my girl doesn't help pay that cause she pays the internet, electric, washer/dryer, phones(house and cell), tv, etc.

    Anyone think $350 is to low?

    you could split it in half, which would make it 372
