Default i need to nuke a file... anyone??

i have software on my computer that i dont need.... its Studio 9 and its a HUGE file.... well ive tryed uninstalling the software and it takes me to the install wizard instead of uninstalling.... ive tryed doing it through control panel add/remove software and it does the same thing.... ive tried just deleting the folder and it has files in use..... ive tryed contacting tech support and i havnt heard back. anyone know of a program that can nuke a file?? Something that will uninstall anything and everything?

Would you nuke yourself while you're at it? Later, QD.

    LOL

start ur computer in safe mode.. and try deleting it... if that doesnt work... go to start >msconfig... click "diagnostic startup" in the startup tab... restart computer... then delete it... if its still linked to a program you might have to reinstall windows
