i took it back when i was 17 and it didn't work worth a shit so i went to the dermatologist and they gave my a perscription for differin cream and benzaclin gel to switch in an out (use one for a few weeks then switch) and take this antibiotic called dynacin. that worked until i just got tired of doing it...now i just kinda grew out of my acne, i get it occasionally, the best thing to do is drink a lot of water. i just wash my face w/ clean and clear foaming facial cleanser in the morning and it keeps it away
well how long did you use it? they said you have to use it daily for 6-8 weeks before you would notice a change..
i have tried the differin stuff and that just dried out my face and made it ichy.. women cant take an acne antibiotic with their birth control because it wipes out the protection of the BC.. (which is what my dermatologist told me) which is why they make the BC with ance medication in it.. so im kinda stuck in the middle..
but i appreciate your response.. ill try it.. lol it is probably a waste of money though lol
It works for me. If you actually use it everyday, it works fine. sometimes u might not feel like it though.

i used it for about 6 months back in high school, it all went away real quick, then i switched to Nutrogena facial cleanser and face pads every day. works just as good after they wre all gone
XterraChic.....i am willing to help u out with another product....becuz Proactive suck ass...and u have to wait for 6 to 8 weeks to see results.....my girlf bought me this other product that cost like 120$ a bottle...but hell the price speak for it self....i mean litereally in one nite u will see a different......and it even feel good to put it on....one easy step...not like proactive wit 3 or 5 steps...
well im going to finish out this trial package then go from there.. i have very sensitive skin so its hard to find good medicines that arent too harsh... ill keep it in mind though

Ok i will do my best to help yall out...the product name is called Benza Clin....my girlf bought it for me as a gift like 2 months ago....its is a 50g Jar which cost around 120$.....but i am telling u ....it is worth the price....i have use every product and i mean every product....,but this one does it .....i have use for 2 months and the Jar has like 4/5 left......it will not dry ur skin nor make it rough or watever....LMK if i can help u in any other way

how long have you used it? i have only been using it once a day since tuesday.. and my face is soooo sensitive so i cant tell if its working or just making it worse.. lol my acne isnt bad but i hate it.. its just enough to bother me.. did it irrate your skin when you first started the treatment?
If you have sensative skin, the micro-beads may irritate it. I could tell a difference within a week, and I have been using it forever, like sense it came out. What it does is dry the pimples out, and kill the bacteria (the benzoyl peroxide brings oxygen to the skin). Bacteria that isn't exposed to oxygen ultimately creates acne. The toner, sooths the skin, so that should help with the irritation. I would say I experienced some dryness, but nothing I couldn't handle (my skin isn't overly sensative). It says on the back of the bottle, that irritation may occur...but I'd say if it continues then you should see your dermatologist.

thanks lauren!! well the irration has calmed down a bunch.. and i have noticed a difference.. like i said my acne wasnt horrible but it was something i was tired of dealing weith.. drew convinced me to stick it out for awhile.. and im glad i did.. i guess everything takes time.. so ill stick with it and hope for the best!!

Ever since I've been using it, I've been getting compliments about how good my face looks. I've been using it for months now, but I started seeing results within a week or so, it all depends on the person skin.

Hmmm I've always wondered if this stuff works too. I have a couple friends who use it and they seem to say it works.
no dont use proactiv ...ive used it before and it doesnt work...just drink plenty of water, wash your face with a soap bar everytime you shower... and also eat less greasy and oily foods...but uhh i suggest eating snickers marathon protein performance bars...caramel nut rush is the one that tastes good...the chocolate one taste like shit...but it works.. i buy a box of 6 bars..which is about 8 bucks at walmart.. people noticed a difference...they said my face was clearer and one of my friends asked if i used proactiv ahahaha... the bars work b/c its packed with 100% vitamin E...and vitamin E helps skin ....uhh if ur alergic to peanuts then dont eat it ...but eat foods that have vitamin E

well its been about two weeks since ive been on it.. i have noticed a difference.. honestly i think it just depends on each persons skin type.. some people say it works and some say its crap.. i have only been using it once a day because my skin is very sensitive.. but like i said i notice a difference.. so i will keep it up.. cuz most of the feedback i have heard is positive.. just depends on the person i guess..

I used the shit and it didnt help worth anything. Dermatologist gave me defrin and that shit didn't help either. So all I do now is wash my face and drink water alot. Nothing seems to work for me. I have tried so many diffrent products you couldn't believe it.
keep in mind that it is not going to work for every skin type. and that goes for any skin treatment product.
my wife uses it and it works well. she has been using it for about a year now and her skin looks and feels better.
