I'd check the apt's off of ROSWELL ROAD alot of them are pretty cheap and nice.. I can't think of much of the names, but when I was looking there were a few..
where in atlanta and what exit ??
NY STAY HIGH !!!

or go to the nearest gas station and big up that apartment finder book bahhaha
Cheap and Atlanta (if you are talking about downtown ATL) do not go together in the same sentenceJust a warning. Try OTP if you need cheap. Dan and I own a triplex in Midtown, our 1 BR/1 BA rents for $900/month....easliy!
Good luck with your quest. If you are looking for Downtownish, I would try Atlantic Station, I heard they were reasonable for DT.
atlanatic station is ridiculous right now, i was looking there, those people think they live in a wonderland charging $2000per month for a 1bedroom, i shoulda bought a place there during pre-construction, i would have tripled my investment

OOOO my bad! I thought they were struggling for tenants. That's what I had heard from Dan's mom. She is in the concierge society and hears all of the gossip. NM thenOriginally Posted by buddha02

oh yeah, they are struggling for tenants alright cuz they charge so high for rent, i would rather pay a mortgage than pay that much for rent.
