    I just got back to you on that... urg i havnt been home in two days.. I went to the house for the inspector.. the floor guy.. and the fence dude... Im changing the downstairs to hardwood instead of carpet...and my mom wants to pay for a professional painter...

    Thank you.... I got the inspector out there yesterday.. I got a quote on reflooring the downstairs in hardwood... my mom brought a painter.. and I got a fence quote.. now I gatta go back to the sellers and give them the inspection report...
