    Default Pet savvy Atlantians

    Does anyone know where you can get free dogs or know if there's a place that sells them cheap? I never knew how the dog pound process worked. Is that a free pet to a good home only type of deal?

    Looking for a small dog for my little sister for X-mas. Not looking to pay $1400 for this little dog here on my side of town haha.
