    I have a house in Marietta/Kennesaw area for rent. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage, 1800 sq feet, all stainless steal kitchen, in a cul-de-sac, $1200
    2 miles from KSU, Town Center mall, Barrett Parkway, 75/575.

    Any takers?

    That's a really good deal IMO. We own a triplex and they rent for $900/month for a 1br/1ba

    I would prefer no pets at all...

    But since I had a cat there, those are fine, just no dogs.

    It's in Cobb County school district. Bellsferry elementry, Blackwell middle, Sprayberry high.
