Default Anyone know why steering more stiff on BMW 328i than 335i?

I notice that when I drive my S.O.'s BMW '08 335i the steering is much easier to turn than on my '08 328i. Both are sport package and his has twin turbo but I don't think that would have anything to do with it. Is it a fluid issue, wiring or do you think it's the different tires? We can't figure it out and he said they should be the same since they're both 3 series...

I believe there's an Active Steering dealer option on the 335i, maybe he has that?

I'm going to look when I get home, I would love easier turning.
