Exclamation So i got totaly fucked by a semi truck on 316 pics inside

So I was stopped at a red light on 316 with my moms. Next all of a sudden i heard screeching tires looked back and seen a black suv in my rear view mirror..... All i could do was say ohhh shit.. Apparently a semi truck was not paying attention and rear ended 5 people including myself, damn near killing the driver of the first car. here are some pics. The truck driver was acting like it wasn't his fault he hit us... Fucking idiot's more pics soon.

It's not the speed that kill's its the sudden stop at the end.

Yea it was pretty bad. Anyone have any idea if the trucking company will pay for all of this damage? will the driver lose his job?

Catnip- I had to take her to the doctors she was complaining of back pain.

Relentless- Everyone seemed ok just a little air bag bruises and some blood.

RsonGt3's- First pic is the front end of the car.

Glad to hear nobody was severely injured and everyone went home to their families. Hope the trucking company takes fault for EVERYTHING!

^^ I was just wondering because if it wasn't carrying a full load, imagine the damage if it was. Thank god no one got seriously hurt or killed.

We got hit by a gasoline semi truck once. We were both at a red light on the two turning lanes, the light turns green and we both go. The semi seems to get closer until bam! it practically runs over the rear quarter panel of my friend's mom's SUV. She was "in fault" for improper lane change when we never once changed lanes and the truck driver was a complete Dick not even coming over to see if everyone was Alright. Hopefully everything works out for ypu and the rest of the ppl involved.

The truck had a tank on the back of it.The weird thing we were stopped in stand still traffic both lanes full and the truck driver swerved to the left toward the traffic instead of the right where the concrete barrier was.Not sure if the tank was full.

I would imagine trying to not to hit construction equipment? I have no idea, dude. Either way, a CDL accident is bad enough, but in a construction zone? That might be a career killer there. Later, QD.

There was nothing but grass on the side of the road. I would rather hit construction equipment then hit 4 or 5 more cars in the left lane.

    Hope everyone is okay.

Now let me put on my Insurance Agent hat.

The Truck Driver was 100% at fault. If ANYONE tries to get your insurance company to pay a fucking dime, tell them that you have NO contributory negligence, and if you come out of pocket so much as a cent, your insurance company is going to subrgate their asses into last decade!

Alot of those companies are self insured and they just tell you to sue them and they drag it out for years in court...especially if some one was seriously hurt or killed.
