    Default any boaters here that want to lend a hand. ?

    so i was going to work yesterday and my neighbor just gave me his boat. no charge nothing i was like hell yeah.

    problem, i dont know shit about boats ? lol

    and it needs a wheel for the trailer before i an get it, its a 13 inch wheel anyone determine the bolt pattern? 5 x ?

    also any info on what can be seen whould be great.

    it has been sitting uncovered for 3 years.

    where do i start.

    I'd focus on getting the trailer going first. You can find trailer wheels/tires on craigslist for fairly cheap. And you can get a brand new set of lights/blinkers and the wires from somewhere like Carquest for about $30.
    Then I'd completely strip the interior and start all over. Or just pay someone to do it for you!

    It's definitely got potential! Pretty sweet to be free.
    What size/brand motor does it have?

    As for the boat restoration goes, I'm sure the floor and stringers are rotted. To be honest I would save the money and get a used boat..
