Ok...so I know what most of you are thinking when you read the title...I read Oxygen every now and then, and a lot of studies indicate while dieting and excersizing, taking a supplement like Trim Spa, Hydroxycut, or whatever helps to burn more fat and shed weight faster? Why is this, and is this true?
