    Default Budget 1911 build

Starting out with a Rock Island Armory 1911 Tactical Compact I got for CHEAP

Painted the grips, added grip tape, Wilson Combat Mag, Blackhawk Paddle and mag holster.

Not sure if I like the gloss finish on the grips...I may switch to matte or textured. Next will be sights and hopefully I can find a stainless drop in barrel.

Between danny and I we have a bunch of parts laying around to help customize/build it up for you. PM me or him for details! Debur/trigger work and polish/sights/ polish feed ramp/grips/ and a cerakote and your set for a cheap carry gun. I think I have a set of grips and another trigger you could have for cheap also!

"The 1911 is a collection of subsystems that must work together. Each part must be prepared and fit properly not only in and of itself, but also with regard to the other parts with which it must operate for the gun to function and appear as desired."
