    Default ROOM FOR RENT!!!! FILL TODAY!!!!

    Oakwood Georgia Exit 17 off of 985 in quiet apartment complex that has its own gym and pool. Right next to Lanier Tech and Gainesville State University restaruants and stores. Includes water, internet and an allowance on electricity (usually a couple bucks more added to rent my average is about $7 more per month) cable tv and trash pick up. Includes washer, dryer, dish washer, garbage disposal. Looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP. Payments are $385 a month. PLEASE CALL ME AT 678 925 7670 NEED SOMEONE TO FILL MY LEASE ASAP!!!! or shoot me a pm!

    sorry i fogot to add its a 3bedroom 3 bath your only renting a room. you may or may not have room mates more than likely not.

    My buddy Angel will need a place to stay in about a month, he just got out of the hospital after a really bad car wreck.

    No offense but looking at those apartments and others in the area, they make soooo much money off of college kids lol. Almost 1200 a month per 1 apt. lol. Thats why I skipped out looking at those places.

    It's 385 per month for the place. Not a bad deal IMO. Either way it's about $300-$400 cheaper than getting a 1 bedroom place considering youll have to pay water electricity cable internet and trash. Only reason I'm moving is because me and my girlfriend found a place that we want and need to move fast on it.

    So you're saying it its $385 for the whole place plus whatever utilities? My sister is interested now.

    Its $385 including all utilities. Thats water, electricity, cable tv, wifi internet everything included. The apartment comes with washer and dryer, all kitchen appliances ie: fridge, oven microwave, and dishwasher. Its rent for one room and common areas (livingroom, dining room and kitchen) they have fully vacant apartments that she could be put in so it would only be her in a 3 bedroom 3 full bath apartment. Each room has its own lock and key that locks from the outside of the bedroom for full privacy when away from your apartment, so if she ever did get a room mate wich is highly unlikely they couldnt get into her room. Also they will not have her rooming with some random guys, they match women with women, guys with guys, but like i said they have vacant apartments that she could be put in on her own. As far as safety is concerned, i know women like to feel safe there is a police station less than 200 yards from the apartment complex and night security by hall county sheriffs department. In the years that i have lived there there has never been a report of a violent crime, break in, or robbery. Its a very safe and friendly community. All parking lots are lighted and so are hallways and lights on the sides of buildings. Maintance is very prompt usually the same day aswell so if she needs her Air conditioning filter changed or a lightbulb changed they usually get it done within a couple of hours of calling.
