Just scanning over the higher points of this thread. I went to church a lot when I was a child and as an adult I still go, not every Sunday but as time permits. As an adult, I am faced with different situations than I was as a child. I work for a living, am in a married relationship and have other adult things to deal with. I wasnt worried about those things when I was a child, just Thou shall not steal, etc, Now, the Bible gives me new perspective for the issues I deal with now. When I start going through some tough times, I can usually find some enlightenment in the Bible. So to answer the original question. you will never hear it all, there is always something fresh there.Originally Posted by redblackfan
