    $700 and I had to special order it to an FFA...I had a Mossberg 500 before this 870 and I have to say I much prefer the 870, I think its due to the 870 being a much heavier gun so it feels like it absorbs more recoil. And I used to keep the mossy in my car and on the saddlebag on my bike and within about 1 month the barrel started rusting, and that really made me mad.

    and I cleaned and olied it religiously, but this 870 mariner is a tank, and its finish prevents rusting, its not just for it being silver and shiny...

    breaking the 870 down to clean it is a little more complicated than the mossy though, I pinch my hands everytime.

    nice!! if you ever get stranded at sea with that, it'll never rust.....but you might.

    I've got a Remington 870 tac-2 myself, and love it.

    accompanied with Glock 21 45acp, and Bersa Thunder 380.
