disc golf anyone??

anyone else here play? they just opened a new park around the corner from my house in lawrenceville...seems to be taking off, surprised this hasn't been brought up here before.

was thinking we could get a group going if we have enough people that play or that are even interested in playing...my brother has PLENTY of spare discs, we've been playing every wednesday for a couple months now

for those saying "wtf is disc golf"... basically golf with special frisbees designed to go 300+ ft, instead of a little hole in the ground there is a big chain basket that you aim toward...scored the same way, a lot of par 3's with a few 4's and the rare 5's. if you can throw a frisbee decently then you should be good to go.

I play from time to time, but I live in nashville now.

It's definitely a fun game. You've got to love any sport that allows you to drink beer while you play.
