I was never in great shape through college (not horrible though), but the last year of it, along with a solid month and a half of travel with my job has packed some pounds on. Luckily I'm already built like a lineman (6'4" and when I'm in shape around 235-240 lbs), so I carry my weight alright. Although I have the potential to be beastly if I keep up with the workouts
