    Default Salmon Steaks

    kroger has some nice looking bourbon seasoned salmon steaks and i was gonna pick some up and cook them but i have never cooked salmon before so i dunno what the best way to cook a seasoned salmon steak is....any tips would be appreciated

    put it on the grill...but be careful, its hard to tell when Salmon is cooked all the way

    bake..375 about 20-25 mins

    You can use a grill.. just have to put foil under it like you do w/ sea Bass...

    you'd get more salmon at sams club or the dekalb/forest park farmers market.

    if you bake it in the oven, when it's near completion, drizzle it with honey on both sides. you'll slap yourself for not making it like that sooner
