    Default ZAXBYS IN DACULA F-

    A group of us from my office went to Zaxbys today and I will NEVER EVER GO BACK to this location. We ordered and then when we went to find a table.. we had to sit in a booth and add a chair because there wasnt one clean table. My sister ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and When she took a bite a horned beetle (similar to the picture below) fell out and started crawling along the table. A person next to us said she had to push one off her table as well. We told the dude at the counter who immediately offered to make us another sandwich (he was the only one who was worth anything) which we declined and he immediately got his manager. The manager made me come back us as he wouldnt step foot into the dining area. He as well offered another sandwich and gift cards, and my sister just asked him to refund it which he did. While that was going on I noticed a woman sitting on the counter in the back who was wearing a tank top and booty shorts (no zaxbys uniform or nametag) chatting away with the staff while they were making food. My sister explained someone else saw a few of these bugs and the managers response was "oh... ok". We have already reported this to the 1-800 Zaxbys number and as well to the BBB. I dont see with how filthy this place was they got a 95....

    Thank god it aint the one by Harbins Rd. I eat their at least once a week. Time too start checking my Wings, make sure they are actually wings and not a dead bug fried up.....

    Dude F that. We used to eat there all the time, my girl lives in Hamilton Mill.

    Isnt that grounds to sue the company because of that bug in your food?

    I will not eat that Zaxbys ever EVER again. If I saw a bug fall out of my food I would definitely throw up, no questions asked. I would definitely do the same thing that you guys did, refund, leave, BBB and Zaxby's corporate.

    Props for not losing your cool though I probably would have lost it.

    Well I ate bugs in Survival School in SERE school when I was in the Air Force. Not the best food, but def not going to kill you.

    I can't say I'd boycott a restaurant chain bc of 1 event, but I could see myself not being a fan of a certain location. You should have immeditely took a cell phone pic of the bug though...
