They have been very similar for the last 15-20 yrs, but CKE didnt buy out Imasco food systems/Hardees Food Systems Inc. completely till 1997...so its been well over 11 yrs. My parents worked for a subsidiary of CKE Named Grandstar LLC here in GA. My lil step brothers Grandfather is (was) the man himself Carl Karcher. We used to live 5 houses down from him in Anaheim.
