Don't need labor...just materials: Lots of hardiplank siding, couple sheets of architectural metal roofing, stacked stone, and earth slate tile...leftovers preferred.

Also some composite lumber: a few 4x4's and several 2x4's to build a monster 8 foot workbench i designed. Yeah, composite lumber..the ground up milk carton & rubbery stuff that will theoretically last a billion years. For some reason the home improvement stores seem to have quit selling all the composite wood except for the decking. This things on 6 castors and will be built like a F-350 on rollerskates.
